Export your theme
In Shopify, download your current theme as a zip. Edits made in the theme editor and in code are both in it.
Upload it to your Kazooify account
The Update checker will work out which Kazooify version your theme started from and compare it with the latest release.
Get a merged update
Your custom code will be kept and any clashes shown side by side, to resolve in your browser. Then download the merged zip and a clash report.

FAQ
Good questions
Are the themes available yet?
Not yet. Kazooify is in development and every theme on this site is marked “coming soon”. The pictures are placeholder art, not screenshots.
What do I get on each plan?
Every plan includes every Kazooify theme, new themes as they launch, and all theme updates and support while you’re subscribed. There are no add-ons to buy. The plans differ in how many stores you can run: Store covers one store, Studio covers up to 10 client stores, and Agency is unlimited.
Are updates and support included?
Yes, on every plan. All theme updates and support are included for as long as your subscription is active. Store and Studio include standard support, and Agency includes priority support, so its requests go to the front of the queue.
Can I buy just one theme?
No. Kazooify is subscription only, so there are no one-off or single-theme licences. The Store plan gives you every theme for one store, and you can switch between them any time.
What happens if I cancel or my subscription lapses?
Your store keeps working, exactly as it is. Cancelling or lapsing only stops new updates and support. We never switch a live store’s theme off.
I build stores for clients. What happens to them if I cancel?
They keep working. Client stores built on a Studio or Agency plan keep their theme and keep selling after you cancel. They just stop getting updates from your licence.
How are stores counted?
By active licence activations. A store counts towards your limit while the theme is activated on it. Deactivate a store, for example after handing it over to a client, and the slot is free for your next one.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Yearly costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. You can choose monthly or yearly on any plan.
Will the prices change?
They might. Pricing shown here is provisional until launch.
Is Kazooify part of Shopify?
No. Kazooify is an independent theme studio. Themes are built for Shopify Online Store 2.0, but we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
